I do not accept cancellations. This is particularly important to stress for custom orders, as my time designing and planning orders must be compensated. The supplies and sometimes postage are also instantly purchased for use in the project after an order comes in. In the case that a buyer has selected an instalment-based plan and paid a deposit, but does not intend to pay the full amount, the buyer must accept that this deposit is non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for paying any customs/import tax incurred by the import of the purchase to their home country. If the buyer rejects customs charges, or turns the order away at the door for any reason, i reserve the right to not issue a refund and to instead maintain custody of the order until the buyer and I have reached an agreement for redelivery. Buyers must cover the cost of Redelivery.

I do not offer returns. This includes cases where the buyer changes their mind, or makes a mistake within the purchase (such as mistaking the size, colour, quantity or details of an item).
The only exception is if I have sent a buyer the wrong item in error.

If buyer-requested adjustments are substantial, or late in the project after we have agreed to a design, this will incur additional fees. These will correlate to the individual cost of the service being repeated or fixed (face-repaint, tattoos, hair etc). I will definitely not allow amendments after the doll is already photographed and packaged. I will explain to the buyer where the line is on an individual basis.
