Baphomart Gift Cards & Coupons

This policy explains Baphomart Gift Cards and Shop-Specific Coupons.

This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing, redeeming or accepting an Baphomart Gift Card, or a Shop-Specific Coupon, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Purchasing an Baphomart Gift Card

When you purchase a Baphomart Gift Card, a unique code will be sent to the recipient via email, or you can choose to print the Baphomart Gift Card by sending it to yourself.

Baphomart Gift Cards expire 3 months from the date the Baphomart Gift Card is purchased. The expiration date for each Baphomart Gift Card is included in the email sent to the recipient. After the expiration date, the recipient will no longer be able to redeem the Gift Card or use the remaining balance.

 If you need to cancel the purchase of a Baphomart Gift Card, please contact the Baphomart Shop you purchased from.

3. Redeeming an Baphomart Gift Card

You will receive your Baphomart Gift Cards by email with a unique code. Some Baphomart Gift Cards may be printed and physically delivered to the recipient. You may either redeem the code by clicking the link in the email (if applicable) or by entering your unique code at the check out.

Once a Baphomart Gift Card code has been redeemed, it can’t be returned for cash value or transferred to another account.

4. Using Your Baphomart Gift Card

Baphomart Gift Cards may be applied to purchases from most shops. At checkout, you have the option to apply your gift card.

If your order total is less than your existing gift card, the remainder of the balance will stay on gift card to be used for future purchases. If your order total is more than your existing gift card, the remainder of your order total must be paid with a credit card.

5. Shop-Specific Coupons

Sellers on Baphomart may choose to offer coupons specifically for use in their own shops. Shop-specific coupons are not affiliated with Baphomart Gift Cards.

By offering shop-specific coupons in your Baphomart shop, you acknowledge the following:

• Coupons are governed by various local laws. It is your responsibility as a shop owner to comply with all applicable laws.
• You must include this sentence in the item listing for your shop-specific coupon: “This Coupon is valid only in my Baphomart shop, and it is only redeemable here.”
• You must ensure that your shop-specific coupons can’t be confused with official Baphomart Gift Cards.
• You must list and sell shop-specific coupons at full value.
