Headwear comes in one size which is flexible and has been pre-adjusted to be the most comfortable whilst still having enough grip to stay in place. You can adjust the size slightly by lightly pulling or pushing the bottom of the headwear. This is not recommended to do excessively as it can damage the design
-Large headwear piece can be top heavy if bending the head down so please either secure the item to the head or lightly hold when leaning down. The item may damage if dropped from a height.
-Do not submerge in water or in intense heat as this may cause wear damage to the item.
-Customisations can be requested before purchase such as other colours, different adornments, gem colours etc. The level of change may result in additional costs.
-As these items are handmade, small variations may occur. We try to replicate each item as accurately as possible.

Shipping Policy
All items will be made and shipped within 1-2 weeks. If you are not satisfied with your item then returns can be made within 14 days. Returned items must be unused and postage costs will be covered by the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned item, a inspection will be carrier out to ensure it is unused and a refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

Customs and import taxes
Custom and personalised orders
We do take requests for commissions and custom orders however it will us normally between 6-8 weeks to fully finish and ship a commissioned piece. This is because i run this business on my own and have other work commitments and only have three days a week to work on this brand.
Sizing details
All headwear comes in one set size that has the flexibility to accommodate most head-sizes. We do not do custom sizes on the headwear.
All nail rings are adjustable and can be molded to fit your finger shape and size.
Chokers and necklaces can be adjusted if requested.
Care instructions
These are handmade items. Although multiple care has been taken to fully secure all parts on these items, we would ask all customers to take extra care when wearing and using these items (For Example: Make sure the Head-wear is central on the head, Do not drop from a height or submerge in water for long periods of time) Do not subject any items to intense heat or flame.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items will be bubble wrapped and securely packaged in a small box upon sending. Prior to sending we will take a picture of the item before and after packaging. We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless you are outside the UK in which case it will be International standard. There are options to upgrade your delivery at checkout. Price includes packaging cost.
International delivery
I do ship worldwide and there are two options at checkout. Standard international delivery will be untracked and there is the option to upgrade to tracked shipping.
Unless tracked shipping is purchased, the item will be sent by the cheaper, untracked method. Please do not message asking for tracking if you did not purchase the tracked delivery at checkout.
Post to Europe takes around 5 working days, USA and other countries take around 9 days and Australia can take up to 2 weeks. Due to brexit and the new tariff system, packages may be delayed by 1-2 weeks if travelling through Europe. Please be aware of this and order early for events.
