The design on the outside is not meant to come into contact with water for a long period of time. To clean the outside, please lightly damp a cloth/paper towel and gently wipe AROUND the design.

Processing order
I understand 7-10 days may seem a while for your product. Each product is custom made by myself only. I pride myself on making sure each product is perfect. During the festive period it will most likely be sent out within 5 days to ensure everyone gets their order for Christmas.
During the festive period, all orders will be sent 1st class. As at this time of the year the postal service are usually behind this will ensure the fastest delivery.
