*Delivery is provided by Royal Mail 2nd class unless other option is selected. Order can take approximately 3 WORKING days to be delivered. Please allow at least unto 7 working day for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 7 working day then please contact me.
*If your item is returned back to me, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for postage for the item to be sent back to yourself.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a fault. Then the decision will be sellers decision on the best outcome.

Processing order
I understand 7-10 days may seem a while for your product. Each product is custom made by myself only. I pride myself on making sure each product is perfect. During the festive period it will most likely be sent out within 5 days to ensure everyone gets their order for Christmas.
During the festive period, all orders will be sent 1st class. As at this time of the year the postal service are usually behind this will ensure the fastest delivery.
