This is Angel, he’s a winged death’s head. These symbols were commonly carved onto gravestones during the 18th century. They are said to depict the soul leaving the physical body and travelling to the afterlife ????
While he might appear morbid to us, this was an meaningful symbol of hope and resurrection to our ancestors ????

Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Delivery
Royal Mail is the chosen method of shipping . Secret Lore Jewellery assumes no responsibility for damages or delay during the shipping process.
Returns Policy
Secret Lore Jewellery will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and original packaging. Returns are not accepted on earrings due to hygiene.
No products may be returned to Secret Lore Jewellery without the prior written consent of Secret Lore Jewellery and are subject to a return charge.
Customers are liable for any return shipping costs. Items must be returned via tracked & insured, proof of which is sole responsibility of the customer.
Secret Lore Jewellery does not accept order cancellations/returns on custom or bespoke work due to the personalisation.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a refund is deemed the appropriate course of action by Secret Lore Jewellery, the customer will receive a refund acknowledgement with details via email. This will only occur after the item has been received and been inspected by Secret Lore Jewellery.
Faulty Goods
If you believe your item has arrived faulty/damaged please contact Secret Lore Jewellery to discuss within 7 days of accepting delivery. Secret Lore Jewellery reserves the right to to make the final decision whether an item is faulty or has been subject to rough handling.
Other Information
Please treat your jewellery with care, Secret Lore Jewellery will not refund or repair items that have not been treated with respect.
Mild soap, warm water and a soft brush can be used to gently remove any build up from your jewellery. A 100% cotton cloth can be used to polish. Do not expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals including salt/chlorinated water, perfume or other beauty products etc.
Pieces with oxide/black patina finish require no additional care however wear & tear/scratches may alter the appearance overtime. Do not place jewellery with oxidisation or gemstones into a jewellery dip.
Please be aware that all pieces are handmade therefore may vary in finish and show unique marks due to the handmade process, this is not classified as a fault and will not be treated as such.
