Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 days of being made. 

Shipping

Shipping to the UK: 2-4 business days 

International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Updates on any known postal delays will be provided here. Please consider the possibility of delays before purchasing, as orders cannot be tracked once sent: [US CUSTOMERS – I have recently had orders lost/take a little over a month to reach the US.]

The customer is responsible for paying any import tax or customs fees that may come about through the shipping process.

Refunds and Returns

No returns are accepted.

Lost orders may only be replaced/refunded 30 days after the shipping date, and the customer is responsible for paying for additional international shipping where applicable. Damaged orders are eligible to be refunded and replaced at no extra cost.
