Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and correct details for shipping.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

We offer a repair service, but this only applies, if the item broke due to normal wear/use. Message us, if you have an issue on here or Instagram for more details and instructions. 

Cancellations: accepted

Request a cancellation: within 2 hours of purchase

 

Sizing details

The majority of our items are made to mesaure. If you have any questions about how to measure or whether a non-made-to-measure item will fit, please message us and we’ll be happy to help.

Also, please check our measurement photos, at the end of listings.

Custom and personalised orders

We do take on custom orders. For these, please message the shop on here or via Instagram. The consultation – discussion of your idea, and whether we will take this on is free. Then we will provide you with the price estimate for the item. There’s a 100% upfront charge for custom orders.

What if my item breaks?

We provide a 2 year warranty period, during which, you can contact us with photos and then send the item back to be fixed or replaced, depending on the damage. This is free. You only pay for the shipping to us.

What if I want to add minor changes to your design?

These are very welcome. Please message us first and we will see what we can do and whether that will affect the price.

Is there anywhere I can see your items in person?

At the moment, we don’t have a permanent shop, but we do plan to attend various markets and festivals in the future in London, Uk or nearby. To find out about this, check our announcements on here and on our social media.
