• All items are described as accurately as possible. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Due to the nature of handmade and spiritual items, slight variations may occur and are part of their charm.

• Items are for personal use and spiritual support only—they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional advice.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

I want you to feel truly enchanted with your order. If something isn’t quite right:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Custom or personalised items (e.g., spell kits, bespoke bundles) are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right—no one should receive broken magic.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking where possible.

• Estimated delivery:• UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch

• International: 7–21 working days depending on location

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
