Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. It can takes between a 1-2 week as I create everything handmade!
If you’re requesting an Illustration, it can takes me up to a week.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. I ship everything with tracking number and for ‘Next day delivery’ for UK orders.

I don’t accept returns as all my creations are custom made. If you’re not happy with your order, simply drop me a message :) We can always find a solution.
