Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted on all non-custom patches, please contact me within 14 days and then return the order to me within 30 days from when you first received your order. 

Returns on custom patches are only accepted in the case of the patch being defective or damaged in the post. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. I am very keen to fix any issues you may have. 

Please ensure any returns are returned to me in the same condition they were received in. 

Late deliveries:

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, there is a small chance your order doesn’t make it within the 7-21 day estimated window. Please be patient, as international goods can sometimes be held up in customs, or move slowly. Please also remember that the estimated timeframe begins from the day after I dispatch your order, not the day you place your order. Please contact me if your order seems to be running late so I can plan to replace your order if it’s still not with you the following week.
