YOUR ORDER

All artworks are handmade, as such they are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given if we cannot supply your order. All prices shown online are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

While we hope your purchase arrives with you promptly, problems can arise which are outside of our control – such as delays during busy periods, postal strikes, hold ups at customs. You are responsible for any additional charges payable upon delivery – such as import duty.

All orders are posted & tracked via Royal Mail. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most non-custom items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is damaged while in their care.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus original shipping costs). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

It will not always be possible to exchange or replace an order, as artworks are handmade in limited quantities. If it is not possible in such a case, we would issue a refund. 

EXCEPTIONS

Custom, commissioned, or otherwise personalized items are considered a final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USAGE

The artist ‘Zombieking’ (Mr C Fairrie) owns all copyright of physical artworks and digital media relating to such products.

Physical works may not be reproduced, either in physical or digital form without written permission.

Digital media may be viewed, or shared with attribution. It cannot be reproduced, modified, or used commercially.
