How can I offer my customers free shipping if they order over a certain amount?

If you have set your shipping to ‘Shipping Zones‘ you can create conditions to offer free shipping should your customer purchase above a certain threshold. You can either add this per geographical shipping zone/location. Or choose it for Global Zone (which encompasses all locations).

When you select ‘Add Shipping Method’ – select the ‘Free Shipping’ option from Method Title. Then enter the minimum order amount for free shipping. Then save your settings.

The customer will be required to select the FREE shipping method at checkout in order to take advantage of your offer. Otherwise, they can also select paid methods, for instance, if you want to offer free standard delivery or paid express delivery.
