How do I bulk edit all my products?

From the seller dashboard, select Products and scroll down to this drop-down menu:

Here you will have a choice of options: Edit, Delete Permanently and Publish.
Select all the products you wish to edit by the check box on the left of each listing.

When you select Edit, this window will appear, allowing you to change a range of parameters.

‘Permanently Delete’ will delete all selected products

‘Publish’ will publish any that are in draft mode. To change to draft mode again use the bulk ‘Edit’ window to change ‘Status’
