How do I close my account?

Should you wish to downgrade your plan we recommend you change to the Baphomart Free plan. This will enable you to still access and use your account. Without a plan selected you won’t be able to access any tools and services or take payments for orders.

If you wish to keep your account but hide your products you can select holiday vacation settings that will temporarily hide all your items from your shop and product lists and halt any items being sold.

Please click here if you wish to permanently close your account. Here you can fill in a request form and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Once we have followed this process all account details will be permanently deleted from our servers and all payments are immediately ceased.
