How do I request a refund, return, or exchange?
Baphomart is made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. This means that each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
If you do have a problem with a transaction or if you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to exchange or return your order depending on the shop’s policies. To request a return or exchange contact the seller.
Depending on which country the seller is based, they aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their shop policies. If the seller is willing to accept this return, be sure to settle on these details through Support Ticket messaging system, before returning the item:
- Where you should send it
- The time frame in which they wish to receive it
- Who will be responsible for the cost of return postage, if not written in the shop’s policies
Sellers based in UK/EU may be required to adhere to the EU directive on consumer rights, unless stated in their individual returns & warrenty policies.
What should I do if the seller doesn’t accept returns?
If the seller doesn’t accept returns, you may be able to open a case file if your order wasn’t as it was described on Baphomart.
If you already contacted the shop
If you and the seller need assistance from Baphomart to come to a resolution, you can open a case. We recommend that you work with the seller to resolve the problem before you open a case.
For EU Buyers
Our Case System is the most effective and speediest means of resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. However, if you don’t want to use our Case System, you have the option of using the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform instead.Learn more about the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
