How does a customer leave a review?
10 days after an order is completed (i.e. 10 days after it was shipped), we will send out an automated email, asking the customer to review the product(s).
If you haven’t had a review we encourage you to reach out to them yourselves to request a review.
You could send them something along the lines of…
Did you love your order? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We would really appreciate if you left a product review ?
Reviews help support our shop so please spare a minute to review and let us know what you thought?
If you go to the product page [ADD YOUR PRODUCT LINK] scroll down, and select the ‘review’ tab to leave a comment.

There are two ways for customers to leave reviews –
Product review
Head over to the product page and then scroll down to ‘Reviews’. Here they can rate the item and leave a product review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Shop review
Customers can go to your shop page, click on the review tab, add a review title, star ranking, and enter the review.
Note that only registered customers who have made a purchase from the shop can leave a review.
