What are the minimum spend and maximum spend settings?

The minimum spend setting means that customers must spend that amount before the coupon code can be applied.

The maximum spend sets a limit on the amount a customer can spend before using the coupon code, i.e. if they go above this amount they cannot use the coupon code.
