Where is my order?

You can check the status of your orders by mousing over the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Order History.

From here you can click on any order and see if it is still processing or out for delivery. You can also see the order number here, which you can use to track your order.

If the seller has added tracking information then you can see it by clicking on the Track An Order tab and entering the order number.

If you are still unsure you can reach out to the seller by using the Get Support button on the shop page where you bought the item.
