Why does my customer’s order have ‘discount’?

If you have a valid coupon discount running this is what will appear on your customer’s order.

If your order has an unrecognised discount listed on it, they may have used our Baphomart Gift Card on their order with you.
The Baphomart Gift Card is available for customers to purchase. Gifting various amounts to friends or family to use to pay for items in your shops!

In the order it should have the “coupon” code, example ‘bapho-***-****-***’. Please contact support and we will ensure that (if you haven’t already) you will receive the gift card amount used on the order to your payment account.
